BREEDING The planting system is spurred cordon
with a density of 6,500 vines/ha.
The 2021 vintage began with a mild winter
with medium rainfall. Budding has
had a slow start with a spring

average, punctuated by warm weather during the
end of March and beginning of April. The rain has
given its beneficial effect since April for
