Light salmon pink. The nose reveals notes of red fruits and some floral accents, to which are added hints of peach. On the palate it is fresh and lively. A lively rosé with good consistency. Aromas of small red fruits, a hint of ripe citrus fruits. The finish is perfectly successful and immediately invites a second sip.
Fruity, Floral, Spicy
It goes excellently with appetizers, or even fish or shrimp dishes.
Winemaking
After a short period of maceration, the grape juice is carefully decanted into steel tanks (stainless) and fermented at a controlled temperature. A delicate filtration follows, after which the young Rosé rests for some time before being bottled and sold.
