DESCRIPTION The wine has a lively ruby ??red color, with a fruity and fresh scent. The tannins are of excellent workmanship: a characteristic that makes it excellent even when young, even if its potential exceeds even five years of aging in the bottle. GRAPES Mainly Sangiovese, with small quantities of complementary vines. SOIL CHARACTERISTICS The soil, tuffaceous with the presence of sedimentary rock, brings out the fruity taste of the wine and makes the Sangiovese very pleasant even when young. PRODUCTION AREA Martiena vineyard, which is located in front of the winery, and whose grapes, during the harvest, immediately reach the reception area. Altitude: 250 meters above sea level Year of planting: between 2007 and 2011 VINIFICATION After a soft pressing, the fermentation takes place in stainless steel at a controlled temperature of 26-28°C.
