On the palate it immediately offers an enveloping and round entry, with a dense and tight tannic texture which, aided by a juicy and fresh acidity, relaxes and widens to a savory and pleasantly long finish.

6 months in large Allier oak barrels, cement. In the bottle at least 4 months.
