The Vino Nobile di Montepulciano 'Le Caggiole' by Poliziano is an excellent pure Sangiovese, the result of significant recovery work on the very vineyard that gives its name to the label itself. Manual harvesting and selection of the grapes, fermentation in steel and aging for 16-18 months in French oak tonneaux. A label made in just a few bottles for top-level quality.
