Winemaking | Refinement
After harvesting, the grapes are then macerated for approximately 4/8 hours at a temperature of 14°C directly in the presses, protected from oxygen with innovative systems through the recycling of their own fermentation carbon, in order to reduce the intake of antioxidants . Approximately 10% of the wine ages in large 20/27 HL wooden barrels and 5 HL tonneaux while the remaining part in steel containers.
Bottling
The wine is then blended and bottled on the full moons between March and July 2023.
Color
The shade varies depending on the vintage; this year it is elegantly coppery.
Olfactory note
It appears fresh and lively on the nose, with a flowery bouquet, hints of yellow peach and light mineral notes.
Tasting note
The sip is enveloping, fresh and savory sensations are perceived. The fruity notes return and close in the mouth while maintaining good minerality.
