Aroma of red fruits, floral and dried fruit, spicy, balsamic notes with hints of vanilla in the finish. Dry, savory, slightly tannic, harmonious, vinous and elegant, pleasant and full-bodied in the mouth, far-sighted. It combines perfectly with typical Tuscan dishes such as pici, pappardelle, polenta. Cured meats, aged cheeses, game in general and red meats, roasts, truffles, spiced or tomato-based fish, fresh and aged cheeses.
