Terrain: the vineyards from which the grapes for this wine come are located in
terrains of different origins and structures, at altitudes ranging from 280 - 350 meters above sea level. They range from sandy soils rich in
skeleton and fossils to deep soils of medium texture with the presence of
pebbles.

Vinification: Fermentation and maceration for 10 days in steel and
cement, aging for 12 months 50% in cement, 50% between third-passage barriques
and large barrels.

hand-picking of the grapes.

Alcohol: 13.5% vol.
Organoleptic characteristics: ruby ??red color. Notes of red fruits
on the nose, juicy and crunchy on the palate. Excellent balance between structure and
acidity with well-defined tannic textures.
Pairings: cured meats and mature cheeses, first and second
courses of meat.
