They range from sandy soils rich in skeleton and fossils to deep soils of medium texture with the presence of pebbles. Training system: spurred cordon Density of vines per hectare: 5000 Wine yield: 55/60 hl/ha Number of bottles: 13,000 Vinification: Fermentation and maceration for 10 days in steel and cement, aging for 12 months 50% in cement, 50% between third-passage barriques and large barrels. Harvest: hand-picked starting from the beginning of October. Selection and hand-picking of the grapes. Serving temperature: 18° C First vintage produced: 2009 Alcohol: 13.5% vol. Organoleptic characteristics: ruby ??red color. Notes of red fruits on the nose, juicy and crunchy on the palate. Excellent balance between structure and acidity with well-defined tannic textures.
