The color is a pale red, transparent and crystalline. Intense notes of violet, green pepper and raspberry emerge on the nose. The strong minerality on the palate combines perfectly with the freshness given by a predominantly limestone, stony and very rich in galestro territory. The long persistence denotes an important body and structure, for the pleasantness of drinking and for stimulating the palate without tiring it, also given by the silky and soft tannins which enhance its elegance.
