Winemaking
Fermentation in stainless steel tanks where it undergoes maceration for approximately 20 days at a controlled temperature of 27-30°C.
Ageing: In 50-hectoliter Slavonian oak barrels for 24 months followed by 6 months in concrete vats

Alcohol content 14% - Total acidity 5,4 g/l - pH 3,46
