VARIETY
100% Gewürztraminer
VINIFICATION
Before fermentation, a 6-hour maceration on the skins takes place. The grapes
they are then softly pressed and the must undergoes static clarification.
It is then fermented in steel tanks at a temperature
controlled by 18°C. The wine then ages for a few months on its lees
in stainless steel containers.
TASTING
Gewürztraminer releases all the charm of South Tyrol in its harmonics
shades of a bright yellow with golden reflections. The characteristics of this vine
are reflected in its bouquet with an intense aroma, which ranges from notes of
rose petals, flowers and spices. In the mouth it releases all its finesse with a
fresh body, harmonious elegance and intense finish.
TERRITORY
From the cradle of Gewürztraminer, with its very light soils suspensions from a strong
calcareous presence, but also by a sandy and porphyritic vein located in depth.
Hot areas with excellent insolation accompanied at dusk by a cool one
mountain breeze that gives Gewürztraminer typicality and elegance.

An excellent 2022 vintage awaits you! Favored by the hot and stable summer, the grapes that arrived in the cellar were beautiful,
healthy and with balanced values. In the 2022 wine year we recorded an early flowering due to the
raise the spring temperature. The summer was dry and hot, with temperatures peaking in the months of
July and August. The low rainfall has not had any negative effects on the vineyards, thanks to our people
