After vinification, the Vin Santo maturation for over 4 years in slightly overflowing casks, placed in the attics of Cusona. Color: amber yellow, with beautiful lively reflections. Perfume: rich and penetrating with hints of dried fruit, hazelnut and toasted almonds. Taste: harmonious, pleasantly sweet, with aftertaste elegant and clean. Respectful of the ancient Tuscan traditions, this wine is obtained a meticulous selection of Trebbiano and Malvasia grapes, dry methodically on fruit racks. After vinification, Vin Santo matures for over 4 years in partially full barrels, stored in the historic attics of Cusona. Color: amber yellow with beautiful lively reflections.
