WINEMAKING
Maceration on the skins for 18 days. Alcoholic fermentation in steel at a controlled temperature and malolactic fermentation in 225 liter barriques. Aging for 10 months in 225 liter barriques and 3,000 liter oak barrels. 6 months in concrete barrels and 12 months of refinement in the bottle.
CHARACTER
Therra has an intense and bright ruby ??red color. The nose gives hints of blueberry and berry jam with sensations of sweet spices and aromatic herbs. At the end it envelops with subtle toasted and smoky notes. On the palate it shows its exuberance with lively tannin supported by juicy fruit, characteristics that make Therra a long and persistent wine.
