TASTING NOTES
Intense ruby red color. On the nose, a bouquet full of small dark fruits, sweet spices, coffee and aromatic herbs. Full, round, full-bodied sip. It spreads over an important tannic texture, maintaining a remarkable balance and drinkability. Long finish with notes of ripe red fruit.

Pino di Biserno goes beautifully with first and second courses of meat and game. Try it with lamb chops.

Il Pino di Biserno comes from a blend of Bordeaux grapes in the Bibbona area, on the border with Bolgheri. Fermentation in steel and aging for 12 months in second passage French oak barriques. A full-bodied and intense red, constant over time, an ideal accompaniment for an informal dinner.
