Malolactic fermentation takes place in barriques REFINING: in new and 2nd passage barriques for approximately 15 months REFINING IN BOTTLE: minimum 12 months before being released onto the market Sensory notes COLOUR: intense ruby ??with violet reflections SMELL: characterised by a combination of fruity and spicy notes, with sensations reminiscent of blackberry and blueberry, vanilla and cocoa FLAVOUR: of great structure and elegance. The tannic texture is dense and the tannins are soft.
