Vermentino
Strong aromaticity and acidity for a lively and trendy Vermentino!
The seasonal course of the 2018 vintage was characterized by a winter
particularly rigid, which delayed the start of the growing season, e
from an initially cool and subsequently increasingly hot summer and
rich in, rains condition which allowed to have an excellent quality
of white grapes.
Straw yellow wine, with unmistakable hints of apricot, grapefruit,
and notes of Mediterranean scrub; in the mouth the structure is full and soft
enlivened by a rich acidity.
Excellent in combination with fish-based dishes, such as seafood salad and
tuna tartare, or vegetarian dishes such as cauliflower pie or
grated cherry tomatoes.
Fermentation: at controlled temperature (13-15°) in vats
steel.
Refinement: in steel vats with rest on the feces for 3 months
about.
Alcohol: 12.5%
