Vinification
40/60 hl stainless steel tanks with controlled temperature.
Ageing
10/12 months in 20 hl Slavonian and Allier oak barrels, 5 hl tonneaux, 3rd passage barriques. Bottle ageing 3/6 months.
Soils
Sandy clay, sub-alkaline, medium calcareous.
Grape varieties
Sangiovese 95% Colorino and Canaiolo 5%.
Organoleptic characteristics
Purple color, aroma of cherries, undergrowth products. Medium-bodied and pleasantly clean, sweet on the attack, it should be drunk after 2-3 years.
