The carefully selected grapes subjected to long maceration produce this wine which has a very particular scent with hints of spices: rich in texture, rounded off by the long maceration in oak, it has a splendid body which makes it appreciated with roasts, cheeses well ripe, the rich foods of the hunting tradition.
