The wine
The typical freshness of the traditional Sangiovese variety combines with the exuberance of the fruit characteristic of Merlot to represent the ancient territory of Montepulciano. The name of the wine celebrates Sabatino Lulli, known as "Sabazio", a monk of the Montepulciano abbey who was the first, in the medieval period, to provide indications for the production of wine in the area.
