It presents itself to the eye with a bright and brilliant red. Cherry aromas emerge on the nose.
White flowers and blood orange that manifests itself with a little airing. On the palate it is
great balance, creamy and releases the purity of red fruits. The finish is savory and tasty
great purity. The greatness of the 2019 vintage can be glimpsed but will express itself at
better after a few years of bottle ageing.
VINTAGE NOTE
The winter was characterized by mild temperatures with average rainfall
previous years. A stable and sunny March and April were followed by May
singular with very low temperatures and abundant rainfall. All these factors
they contributed to delaying flowering and fruit setting by a few days. June and July
they were hot and dry with high peaks which allowed it to be recovered
initial vegetative delay. The abundant spring water reserves and the hot August and
stable have allowed a regular progression of the ripening of the grapes.
