Coreno is a blend of two native Tuscan vines, Trebbiano and Malvasia that come from an old vineyard.
The age of the plants over fifty gives this wine a great complexity and character, the Coreno is an elegant wine and very long in the mouth, with a mineral and savory finish.
The nose is rich and articulated with an excellent balance between fruity and floral notes. It comes from a mineral and rich soil
of skeleton that offer depth and olfactory complexity, the fermentation carried out in barrique instead gives it a greater fullness and tactile roundness.
The blend is composed of 80% Trebbiano which is fermented in barrique and 20% of Malvasia vinified in steel.
The monster remains on the fine feces for about 5 months which gives it greater complexity and richness of aromas. The wine undergoes a brief refinement in the bottle of about 3 months before being released on the market.
