Gin Montevertine is produced at the homonymous distillery in Radda in Chianti. The desire to experiment and create has always been the company's production philosophy, one of the most popular in Tuscany. The botanicals present in the distillate are favored by the mild climate and the rich natural biodiversity present. Gin is the result of a careful selection of various ingredients including: dried lemon peel, walnut and fig leaves and juniper berries from the woods surrounding the estate. The botanicals are processed using the traditional process of infusion in an alcoholic solution. After having macerated and extracted all the aromas, we proceed with the distillation in the alembic in the presence of rectified alcohol. The final phase is that of bottling and marketing. Gin Montevertine is an intense and soft distillate which thanks to its longevity can be kept for a long time before being tasted.
