VINIFICATION: The 'flower' must was subjected to the first
alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks. There
refermentation in the bottle in contact with i
yeast took place over the next 36 months.
The ideal serving temperature is between 7 and
9 ° C
Alcohol: 12.5% ??vol.
NOTE
TASTING:
Straw yellow color, creamy froth with fine perlage
and persistent. On the aromatic level, note of
white pulp peach, bread crust and yeast.
Remarkable balance and liveliness typical of Brut.

particularly indicator for aperitifs or
appetizers based on vegetables, fish and white meats.
HISTORICAL CATALOG: Tenuta Montenisa is located in the heart of
Franciacorta, around the Borgo di Calino, near the
Lake Iseo. In 1999 the families of the Marquises
Antinori and the Maggi counts agreed on the
management of the land surrounding the main house, with
the goal of producing from these noble vineyards a
great Franciacorta.
