Cortona Mementum - D.O.C.

Mementum wine, a pure Syrah, is born in the valleys of Cortona, clayey land under the Tuscan sun, where the climate favors the excellent yield of this vine. The vineyard is approximately 20 years old and is located 320 meters above sea level. This wine is the final result of careful, particular and detailed processing, starting from the vineyard. Vinification in French oak barriques for 12 months and refinement in bottle for another 12 months.

Ruby red color with purple red nuances. Spicy aroma of black pepper, fruity notes such as plum, black cherry and currant. Tertiary aromas of liquorice, cocoa and tobacco. On the palate it has a good structure, persistent, with balanced tannins and a finish of chocolate and plum.
