Harvest
Grapes harvested and destemmed between 3 and 18 September 2022.
Winemaking | Refinement
After harvesting, the grapes are macerated for approximately 18 hours at a temperature of 11/12°C in special containers, protected from oxygen with innovative systems through the recycling of fermentation carbon, in order to reduce the intake of antioxidants. Approximately 40% of the wine ages in large 20/27 HL wooden barrels while the remaining part in steel containers.
Bottling
The wine is then assembled and bottled on the full moons between March and June 2023.

Olfactory notes
From the highest hill, the Friulano Cru acquires intense aromas: William pear, yellow peach and delicate notes of herbs and wild flowers. A light almond at the end.
Tasting notes
Great structure in the mouth. Warm and harmonious, with a pleasant flavor and freshness. A full-bodied and enveloping wine with fruity and intense scents; it ends in the almond flavor typical of Friulian.
To be accompanied with
Risotto with prawns and orange scent, velvety soup with leeks and wild garlic or omelette. Very versatile: cured raw ham, cow's and goat's milk cheeses, fried eggs with grated truffle. Tagliolini with tomato and swordfish. Porcini mushroom risotto with a generous sprinkling of parsley.
