Training system: spurred cordon Stock density per hectare: 5000 Wine yield: 55/60 hl/ha Number of bottles: 13,000 Vinification: Fermentation and maceration for 10 days in steel and cement, aging 12 months 50% in cement, 50% in third-party barriques passage and big barrel. Harvest: carried out by hand starting from the beginning of October. Selection e hand harvesting of the grapes. Serving temperature: 18° C First vintage produced: 2009 Alcohol: 13.5% vol. Organoleptic characteristics: ruby red colour. Notes of red fruits on the nose, juicy and crunchy on the palate. Excellent balance between structure and acidity with well-defined tannic textures.
