Terrain: The vineyards from which the grapes for this wine come reside in
soils of different origins and structures, at altitudes ranging from 280 -
350 meters above sea level. It goes from rich sandy soils into
skeleton and fossils in deep, medium-textured soils with the presence of
pebbles.

Vinification: Fermentation and maceration for 10 days in steel and
cement, aging 12 months 50% in cement, 50% in third-party barriques
passage and big barrel.

hand harvesting of the grapes.

Alcohol: 13.5% vol.
Organoleptic characteristics: ruby red colour. Notes of red fruits
on the nose, juicy and crunchy on the palate. Excellent balance between structure and
acidity with well-defined tannic textures.
Pairings: cured meats and mature cheeses, first and second courses
meat.
