Produced in the oldest production area, as stated in the regulations that regulate it, this area has given its name to the wine and is the only one where Chianti Classico is produced. It extends between Florence and Siena in a territory of heartbreaking beauty, made up of villages perched on the tops of hills, olive trees cultivated in steep fields with irregular contours and cypress trees lined up to delimit the countless dirt roads.

Sangiovese, Canaiolo and other red grape varieties.
Winemaking
Maceration of the marc in the must with controlled fermentation temperature.
Maturation
Brief stop in oak barrels, then storage in steel or vitrified cement containers, to finally be bottled.
Color
Ruby red tending to garnet with evolution.
Bouquet
Clear, intensely vinous, with hints of flowers, especially violets.
Flavor
Velvety, savoury, rounded, with good body and structure.
