Tasting notes
Ruby red. On the nose, aromas of red fruits, blackberries, touches of violet can be distinguished; in the mouth it is structured, intense, well-balanced, fragrant, fresh, with incisive but calibrated tannins.

It pairs with grilled meats, but thanks to its versatility it can also accompany caciucco.
Produced by the Tuscan winery Isole e Olena, the Chianti Classico DOCG is the expression of a territorial tradition with an unmistakable imprint. Obtained from Sangiovese, Canaiolo and Syrah grapes, coming from vines of about 30 years, after the careful harvest it ages in barriques, vats and barrels for a year. The result is a "classic" wine, which combines grace and depth.
