USE OF GRAPES
Traditional Chianti Classico varieties with a strong predominance of Sangiovese.
PRODUCTION TECHNIQUE
Fermentation takes place with traditional maceration in contact with the
peels for 8-10 days. Refinement follows with rapid passage in the barrel.
Bottling takes place in the summer following the harvest.
