The Moulin de Gassac collection was born in 1991 from a collaboration between Mas de Daumas Gassac and local winemakers. The Guibert family set themselves the challenge of creating a new range of accessible wines that respect the philosophy and experience of the famous company. Low yields, respect for the terroir and passion make it a unique cuvée. On the nose it is a delicate wine, with floral notes; it is rich on the palate, with a hint of acidity on the finish which gives it great balance.
