The winter of 2018–2019 proved to be low in rain and snow. Spring proved to be very favorable in flowering. With
at the beginning of summer the temperatures progressively rose and in this phase we began the manual work of first selection
of the bunches and the working of the land, with abundant filling of the under-rows. The hoped-for rain arrived at the beginning of August, ensuring the plants had a good vegetative balance of photosynthesis. A favorable period followed with good ventilation and light excursions
thermal, which brought good concentrations and fragrances of varietal and environmental perfumes and also favored excellent
integrity and health of the fruit. A cool, dry September completed and enriched the fragrant and complex aromatic load of the
fruit, also maintaining good health of the grapes. The ripening proved to be well balanced on a phenological level, very good
acidity with rather low pH; highly appropriate analytical values to create the basis for a great and satisfying vintage.
Tasting Notes Deep intense ruby colour, floral entry of heather-arbutus, followed in the mouth by
soft spicy notes accompanied by hints of black berry fruit. Palate
concentrated, savory, shows a balance of well-structured but fine-grained tannins, good
fragrance and freshness supported by an important mineral and a good final persistence.
