Brunello di Montalcino DOCG

Vineyards: about 8 hectares, located in medium-sized soils
dough and galestro, of Eocene origin between 240 and 360
meters above sea level where the best grapes are selected
for this vintage Brunello di Montalcino.
Grape variety: 100% Sangiovese
Vinification, fermentation and ageing:
In stainless steel containers and concrete tanks
vitrified at controlled temperature through liners
cooling and immersion plates.
Aging: In 20 year old Slavonian oak barrels
75 hl over 2 years, followed by aging in
bottle above 8 months.
Color: Ruby red tending to garnet.
Organoleptic Characteristics: Notes of fruit a
red berry are wrapped in a light spiciness; to the
taste is warm, quite soft and very
balanced. Full-bodied wine with moderate tannins
pronounced and long taste-olfactory persistence.
Service: Uncork one hour before pouring e
serve at 18°C ??in a "balloon" shaped crystal goblet. The
bottles should be kept in the dark, spread out, in a cool place and
without sudden changes in temperature.
Food pairing: Ideal with game
roasted or stewed and with first courses with seasoning a
basis of the same meats. Also excellent with cheeses
seasoned.
Technical notes: The bottles are protected thanks to a
anti-counterfeiting hologram on the capsule.
