TASTING NOTE
Deep ruby red with light garnet reflections. On the nose, an elegant blend, it is articulated in complex sensations of balsamic notes and small red fruits that evolve towards tobacco, chocolate and liquorice root. On the palate it reveals an important structure characterized by soft and well-integrated tannins balanced by a balanced acid vein with mineral sensations that give long aromatic persistence and fullness of taste.
COMBINATIONS
Throughout the meal, it goes well with stews, long-cooked meat dishes and mature cheeses.
