Notes of raspberry and cherry with herbs, cedar wood, raisins, ginger and mint. Rich and
full but at the same time bright, with notes of berries perfectly balanced by
a juicy acidity and silky tannins. Unique expression of Brunello di Montalcino.

TASTING
To enjoy it at its best, it is advisable to decant the wine at least 1-2 hours before serving. Wine
of great longevity, already remarkable if drunk now.
HOW TO SERVE IT
Serve at 16-18 ° C
VINIFICATION
A wine produced from vines located 200, 300 and 450 meters above the sea level, with a
different exposure. The production area is in Castelnuovo dell'Abate, in the river valley
Orcia. The grapes are harvested by hand and placed in 15-20 kg containers. The yield is
30-35 quintals per hectare. After ripening, they are immediately subjected to a
rigorous selection process. The vinification takes place after spontaneous fermentation in
wooden drums. The wine remains in 30 hl oak barrels for 40 months and another 12 months in the bottle
before sale.
