We produce about 9000 bottles a year between Brunello, Rosso and Riserva, these wines are born from 100% Sangiovese grosso cru grapes.
What varies between Rosso, Brunello and Riserva is the aging time in cask. Our work enhances the uniqueness of the land of Manfredi's Paradise, the naturalness and integrity of the wines. For many years, thanks to the respectful work of nature that we put in place in the vineyard and in the cellar, this bottled wine enhances all its characteristics, expression of the earth, of our native yeasts and of the power of the grapes.
