It has an impenetrable ruby ??red color, the nose spreads wide with pleasant nuances of blackberries and red currants which are contrasted by darker spicy notes and boisé of black pepper, nutmeg, coffee and cocoa allusions. On the palate it confirms the olfactory suggestions by embellishing them with a thick yet lively tannic texture, but perfectly balanced by an average acidity that gives balance and freshness to the drink. Excellent elegant closure and long persistence.
Aged for 14-18 months in barriques and 8 months in bottle.
