Piedmont represents the cradle of the Nebbiolo vine, noble and elegant. Barbaresco DOCG is one of the most important reds of Piedmont, coming from the Rabajà vineyard. Barbaresco is the result of strictly traditional winemaking, aimed at maximum respect for the raw material. Long macerations and large wood give a Nebbiolo of pure class and elegance. In the glass it presents a ruby red color rich in violet reflections and transparencies. Deep nose, with red, citrus and finely floral traits. On the palate the tannin is intense and the volume determines its grandeur, leaving a clean and satisfied finish. Very large bottle perfect with fine cuts of meat and long cooking. To fully appreciate its style, this wine should be served at a serving temperature of 16/18°C.
