This grape variety has been successfully cultivated for a long time in the Terlano DOC area, especially around the older farms, although it is of French origin. Harvest and selection of the grapes is done manually. Gentle pressing of whole bunches and racking for natural sedimentation. Fermentation takes place slowly, at a controlled temperature, in stainless steel tanks. Aging for 5-7 months on fine lees partly in stainless steel barrels (80%) and partly in large wooden barrels (20%) and then the assembly takes place about a month before bottling. Winkl Sauvignon Blanc is a sapid, slightly fruity and mineral wine, which has been vinified in purity since 1956. It is rich and intense, complex in its aromas and full-bodied. The ease of drinking is particularly striking, making it extremely pleasant.
