Vinification
In steel tanks at a controlled temperature between 25 and 28° C, maceration on the skins for about 20 days.
Maturation and refinement
18 – 20 months in French oak tonneaux and 12 months in bottle.
Tasting notes
Wide and enveloping nose, characterized by notes of small red and black fruits, balsamic and spicy; the taste is sapid, full and structured by dense tannins. It perfectly accompanies red meats, roasts, game and aged cheeses.
Serve at 20°C.
