The ancient tradition of Vin Santo di Fèlsina is entirely contained in the passage of the "mothers" from the casks of one vintage to those of another. The modernity of the production lies in the most careful choices of the grapes, in the drying process of the bunches, in the addition of Sangiovese to characterize the wine according to the Fèlsina style, in the improvement of the winemaking and in the aging.
