Description Castello di Albola: the Vin Santo del Chianti Classico that enchants The Vin Santo del Chianti Classico DOC by Castello di Albola is a dessert wine that seduces with its history and its unique taste. It comes from Malvasia and Trebbiano grapes grown in the vineyard located in Pian d'Albola, in the Radda in Chianti area, on clayey soils rich in skeleton. After drying, the vinification takes place in small chestnut barrels, where the wine ages for many years.

Aging: 8 years in chestnut barrels.
