The Müller Thurgau vines are trained in traditional Pergola
and Guyot at altitudes varying between 500 and 800 metres. I
soils, mixed between clay and porphyry, are exposed to the south and
southwest.
After a short maceration to facilitate extraction
aromatic, the crushed grapes (destemmed grapes) come delicately
pressed. Subsequently the must is fermented at
controlled temperature in steel tanks and then refined
there for about five months and after for a short time in
bottle.
Müller Thurgau has a lively yellow color
straw yellow, with aromas reminiscent of muscat notes,
fresh fruit, peaches and flowers (yellow primrose); closure with
elegant and savory taste with a very pleasant finish. Against
convincing simplicity and fresh acidity the wine already seduces
in youth.
The wine is suitable as an aperitif or simply
paired with light first courses of Mediterranean cuisine, a
fish salads and fresh goat's cheeses.
