One of the few crus of San Gimignano, it comes from the vineyard dearest to us and takes its name from the place where Panizzi was born: all the Vernaccia di San Gimignano vineyards planted over the years by the company originate from the vines of this vineyard.
At sight it is striking for its brilliance and brightness; the color is straw yellow with a greenish shade.
The perfume is very varied and elegant; floral notes (hawthorn and magnolia) and fruity notes (grapefruit and pineapple) linked and blended with vanilla scents onto which the characteristic mineral notes are grafted with ageing.
The taste is fragrant, pulpy and structured, articulated in the scents that refer to the olfactory sensations, but well balanced with a persistent aftertaste that fades towards almond notes.
