Scalabreto is the sweet wine of the Moris family. The grapes are left on the vine to ripen and then begin to dry in the vineyard so as to increase sugar levels until the end of November, beginning of December. The result is a balanced and pleasant sweet wine to enjoy with dessert, or for adventurous gourmands, as a starter with liver pâté, a Tuscan delicacy!
