The Nibbio della Sala 2019 by Antinori is straw yellow to the eye. On the nose it is intense and complex, with aromatic hints such as citrus fruits, pears and acacia flowers that blend together with the vanilla given by the passage in wood. On the palate it is full and well structured, with sweet notes of butter and hazelnut, but at the same time persistent and mineral. Great hold, persuasive and always impeccable at every meeting.
