COLOUR AND PERLAGE
The brilliant straw yellow hue of this Chardonnay is enriched by splendid golden highlights.

NOSE
The bouquet is extraordinarily intense, broad and complex; the yeasty tones are accompanied by hints of tropical fruit and floral notes, which then evolve towards spicy fragrances and citrus-like nuances, along with sensations of nuts, acacia honey, white chocolate and incense. An aromatic symphony underpinned by a marked mineral vein.

TASTE
It wins you over with its fullness, which is perfectly balanced by the fresh acidity that underpins the fruit on the palate. Its explosion of vitality leads through to a stunningly persistent finish.

“Giulio Ferrari Collezione, so far produced only in the 1995, 1997 and 2001 vintages, is a step beyond in the quest started by Mauro Lunelli in 1972 with the Riserva del Fondatore. Disgorged in March 2020 after 18+ months om its lees, this Trento Doc comes from the third harvest deemed worthy of its long ageing journey. Produced solely with Chardonnay grapes, the wine shines with lemon peel, green apple, and peanut buttery aromas and riper pineapple and pomegranate flavours. Savoury complex finish with persistent bubbles.”
