Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Sangiovese DESCRIPTION A wine born from the encounter between the best Tuscan tradition of Sangiovese and the international tradition of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. The extraordinary cold of the months of April and May led to a delay in vegetative development which, however, recovered very well thanks to the following period, until July, which was warm and dry. The sudden increase in temperatures favored the production of sparse and light bunches. The months of August and September, sunny and without scorching temperatures, allowed optimal ripening of the grapes. The 2019 harvest is characterized by high-quality grapes and an intense territorial personality that has given us wines of great structure and flavor. Red color with mauve reflections. The fresh, sweet and fruity aromas of blackberry and ripe cherry are accompanied by strong floral and spicy notes of vanilla, tobacco and licorice. Elegant and balanced wine, with a full, rounded structure and balanced by great softness. Great finish in the mouth. A particularly versatile wine, which pairs excellently with tasty first courses, as well as meat-based second courses. Easy to drink, it adapts perfectly to more informal situations, such as aperitifs. TECHNICAL NOTES Fermentation: at a controlled temperature (25-30°) in steel vats. Aging: short period in 350 l French oak barriques. Alcohol: 13.5% Recommended serving temperature: 16-18°C
