TASTING NOTES
Intense ruby red color. On the nose, hints of spices and red fruits. Balanced, structured, round on the palate. It extends with great pleasure, with soft and well blended tannins and a nice aromatic profile. Final decided on notes of red fruit.

Insoglio of the Biserno wild boar goes wonderfully with first and second courses based on meat. Try it with baked pasta or pork ribs.

Insoglio del Cinghiale represents the most important wine of the Campo di Sasso estate, part of Biserno. It comes from a blend of Bordeaux grapes in the Bibbona area, on the border with Bolgheri. Fermentation in steel and aging of one part for 4 months in second passage French oak barriques. Fruity and full-bodied red, perfect to accompany a pleasant dinner with friends.
