Centine Rosso is the result of a selection of red grapes expertly blended to create an authentic and expressive wine.
After the harvesting and variety selection phases, the grapes are fermented at a controlled temperature between 25° and 30° in steel vats. To give greater roundness to the blend, the wine undergoes a short period of refinement in 350 liter French oak barriques.
Of an intense ruby red to the eye, it immediately offers a range of aromas of wild berries in jam such as blackberry and cherry, before releasing pleasant notes of tobacco and liquorice. The spiciness announces on the palate an intense and warm wine, of great balance and with balanced tannins that accompany a medium-long finish.
Perfect for grilled red meats, it also supports oven-cooked pork dishes and tasty first courses thanks to the right acidity.
