TASTING NOTES

The nose offers a refined olfactory bouquet, in which fruity and ripe tones of blueberries, blackberries and berries meet, which combine with delicate notes of vanilla and cocoa, spices and dark chocolate, tobacco and black truffle . The mouthfeel is substantial and rich, of great density, guided by a smooth, smooth and silky tannic quality. The fruits perceived by the nose also return to the palate, and give a fresh, elegant finish with an endless persistence.

PAIRINGS
Ideal to combine with game-based courses, it is wonderful with juniper venison leg, but like all great wines, it is also wonderful to sip on its own.
